Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement Overview:

 

1.1. This agreement (the "Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions between [Installer/Supplier Name], hereafter referred to as the "Service Provider," and the client, hereafter referred to as the "Client."

1.2. The Agreement includes the installation, supply, and maintenance of security camera systems and associated equipment.

 

2. Scope of Work:

2.1. The Service Provider agrees to supply and install security camera systems and related components as specified in the mutually agreed-upon proposal or contract.

2.2. Any changes or modifications to the scope of work must be documented in writing and approved by both parties.

 

3. Equipment and Materials:

3.1. The Service Provider ensures that all equipment and materials supplied are of high quality, meet industry standards, and comply with relevant regulations.

3.2. The Client is responsible for inspecting delivered equipment upon receipt. Any defects or discrepancies must be reported to the Service Provider within [insert number of days] days of delivery.

 

4. Installation:

4.1. The Service Provider will perform the installation in a timely and professional manner.

4.2. The Client shall provide access to the premises during agreed-upon installation times.

6.2. Maintenance services may include regular inspections, troubleshooting, and necessary repairs.

 

7. Warranty:

7.1. The Service Provider warrants that all equipment and workmanship will be free from defects for a period of [insert warranty period] from the date of installation.

7.2. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

 

8. Confidentiality:
